Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges – No exceptions.


Our promise is that you will love your experience wearing BN3TH.
Purchase a pair and try them out. If you receive your items and are unhappy with them in any way, please send us an email or give us a call and let us know your issue. Even send a picture detailing the problem. We deal with returns on a one to one basis, personally!

The Fine Print:

  • Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our and online store within 21 days of purchase. If your return is approved, we will refund 100% of your order and outbound shipping costs. 
  • Items purchased from local retailers, not from our online store, can only be exchanged, not refunded, and customers are responsible for all shipping expenses in this case. The same dates & rules apply as listed above. 
  • We offer a 6 month manufacturers warranty on all products purchased from NZ and AUS  website with proof of purchase. 

Once your submission has been reviewed, you will receive a response from our customer service representative with next steps. Please do not send items back without speaking to a BN3TH first.
